Naturopathic Concierge Care
A six-month virtual care relationship for people who want ongoing naturopathic guidance, regular check-ins, and support between appointments. Instead of booking an appointment each time a new question comes up, Concierge Care gives us the opportunity to work together over time. I get to know your health history, your concerns, and what you're working toward, so we can look at new information in context and adjust your care as needed.
Your Care Includes
Comprehensive initial consultation
Regular private telehealth visits throughout your six-month care period
Secure messaging between visits for brief questions and updates
Review of relevant health information, medical records, and lab results
Laboratory testing when appropriate, including options for labs ordered through me or information you can take to your PCP to discuss appropriate testing
Personalized naturopathic recommendations based on your health history, needs, and goals
Ongoing updates to your care plan as your needs change
Support preparing questions for your primary care or specialty providers
Six-month care review to assess your progress and discuss next steps
Laboratory testing and supplements are not included in the care fee. Lab options may include Fullscript, Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp draw sites, or mobile phlebotomy through Getlabs, when appropriate. Concierge Care patients receive 15% off eligible
Care that continues beyond the appointment
Your health can bring up questions that don’t always fit into a single appointment.
A new lab result may come in. Your primary care or specialist may recommend something you want to discuss. You may have a new question or concern a few weeks after we’ve met. Sometimes it simply helps to have someone who already knows your history and can look at the bigger picture with you.
Concierge Care is designed to provide that continuity.
My role is not to replace your primary care or specialty providers. I bring a naturopathic perspective to your care while helping you better understand your health information, consider your options, and make informed decisions about your care.
Six-month care relationship
Concierge Care is a six-month commitment, paid monthly. At the end of six months, we’ll review your progress and discuss next steps for your care.
Opening Enrollment
I’m opening Concierge Care with a small group of patients at a special introductory rate for the six-month care period.
If you are an existing patient, I will reach out to you individually with more information about the transition to Concierge Care and the options available for your ongoing care.
