Naturopathic consulting offers another set of eyes and a fresh perspective on your health journey. Perhaps you’ve already received a diagnosis and are looking for natural ways to complement your existing treatment plan. Or maybe you’ve seen multiple practitioners, tried various approaches, and still feel that something isn’t quite right. You know your body best. This is an opportunity to advocate for yourself, regain a sense of control, and take an active role in your wellness.

These telehealth or phone sessions are designed to work alongside your primary care provider. Due to the nature of telehealth, I do not offer medical diagnoses. Instead, I bring my expertise to help you explore questions, options, and supportive recommendations you can discuss with your healthcare team. Together, we’ll create a personalized wellness plan that helps you feel heard, informed, and supported as you move forward.

Lab testing is available through Fullscript, with options to visit a local Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp location or have your labs collected at home through Getlabs, a mobile phlebotomy partner. I’ll provide the appropriate lab orders and help you choose the option that works best for you.

The Deep Dive

Four 60-minute sessions to address your health through naturopathic medicine
For adults 18 years and older

Your health is more than a list of symptoms.

The Deep Dive gives us the time to look at the bigger picture and explore the questions you may not have had time to address in a single appointment.

Together, we'll focus on the areas of your health that matter most to you, whether that's digestion, skin, sleep, energy, nervous system support, or something else you're trying to understand.

All four sessions are scheduled within four months, giving you time between visits to put your plan into practice.

Sessions are offered by telehealth or phone, so you can join from wherever you are.

Here's how it unfolds:

Session 1: The Full Picture
We start with a thorough initial consultation. Your history, your symptoms, your story. This is where we begin to understand what’s going on and identify your next best steps.

Session 2: The Deep Dive
We go all in on your chosen focus. Gut health, skin, sleep, hormones, nervous system, or something else entirely. This session is dedicated to understanding the root of what you're experiencing.

Session 3: Homeopathy Intake + Remedy Review
During this consultation, we explore your experience in greater depth and identify a remedy that reflects your unique picture. A brief follow-up conversation is included to review your remedy and answer any questions. Homeopathy is often used alongside medications, supplements, and herbal support

Session 4: The Follow-Up
We check in, assess, and refine. What's shifted? What needs more attention? Where do you go from here?
