Integrative Bodywork

  • Acupuncture

    Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a therapy within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that uses very fine needles placed at specific points on the body. These points are located along meridians, pathways through which energy and physiological function are understood to flow and connect the body’s systems.

  • ACUgem

ACUgem is a gentle approach that places therapeutic gemstones on specific acupuncture points. It combines TCM principles with the natural qualities of gemstones to encourage energy flow, restore balance, and support overall vitality. Subtle yet powerful, these gemstones are a great option if you aren’t a fan of needles.

  • Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the craniosacral system, the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Using light touch, it supports the nervous system, helps ease pain, and encourages the body’s natural healing processes. It may also support SomatoEmotional Release, the release of emotional patterns held in the body.

  • Reiki

Reiki is a practice that brings your body, mind, and energy into harmony with your natural frequency or desired state of being. It works with the chakras and internal energy patterns to promote balance, clarity, and a deeper sense of well-being.

  • Reflexology

Reflexology is at herapeutic technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet that correspond to organs and systems throughout the body. Stimulating these areas can help reduce tension, enhance circulation, and support overall health.
